KOA Lake Isabella, CA

We must have taken the most winding road in the States. Back and forth
like we were again on a jerking roller coaster at LegoLand (thinking
of Test Track.) HWY 155 - don't recommwnd it. We were all seasick by
the end of it.
(Robert and I often compare touring by camper to touring by sailboat.
Many similarities.)

Makes the roadway from Ouray to Durango seem like Driving Miss Daisy.
Over the Sierra Mountains (several 14 ers) with plunging Drop offs and
brakes burning the whole way.

Here, KOA at Lake Isabella. A stop on the way to Death Valley and Las
Vegas. Great staff, good entertainment, not near a lake, dusty camp sites.
