Grand Canyon West - Navajo Nation
We drove three hours west to do this sky walk. Way off the main Hwy. No signage. I only knew of it beforehand. When we got there, no other RVs in sight. Some tour buses from Las Vegas.
It is really cool and looks more scary than it is. Plexiglass u shaped walkway for clear views to the canyon floor and Colorado River 1 mile below. The girls loved it! A different perspective, walking on air over the rim. Expensive, but a must on my list. No cameras allowed on the sky walk. This also a Navajo Indian Reservation.
It looks like you had a beautiful day at Grand Canyon West. The views are just spectacular. I just wanted to let you know that Grand Canyon West is located on the Hualapai Reservation.
